Ordering

  • How far in advance should I place my order?

    • Orders placed by Wednesday at 11:59 PM (ET) are baked fresh and shipped the following Monday.

  • Can I choose my cookie flavours?

    • Absolutely! Select your box size and let us know your flavour preferences in the order notes.

  • Is there a minimum order?

    • Explain your minimum box size (4, 6, or 12 cookies).

 

Shipping

  • Where do you ship?

    • We currently ship Canada-wide.

  • When will my order ship?

    • Explain your Monday shipping schedule.

  • How long do cookies stay fresh?

    • Our cookies stay fresh for 5–7 days in an airtight container at room temperature.

  • Can I freeze my cookies?

    • Yes! Freeze them for up to 3 months. Thaw at room temperature or warm for 10–15 seconds in the microwave for that fresh-baked taste.

 

Freshness

  • Are your cookies baked fresh?

    • Every batch is baked fresh to order—never mass-produced or sitting on a shelf.

  • Why don't you ship every day?

    • Shipping once a week ensures every customer receives the freshest cookies possible while allowing us to bake every order from scratch.

 

Allergies

  • Do your cookies contain allergens?

    • Our cookies contain common allergens such as wheat, dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, and soy (depending on the flavour).

  • Do you offer gluten-free or dairy-free cookies?

    • We occasionally offer these options, but they are prepared in a kitchen that also handles wheat, dairy, peanuts, and tree nuts, so they are not certified allergen-free.

 

Local Orders

  • Do you offer local pickup?

    • Yes! Local pickup is available at checkout.

  • Do you offer local delivery?

    • If applicable, explain your delivery area and any fees.

 

Custom Orders

  • Do you make cakes and cupcakes?

    • Yes! We create custom cakes and cupcakes for birthdays, weddings, showers, and other celebrations.

  • Can you accommodate custom flavours or themes?

    • We'd love to hear your ideas! Contact us and we'll do our best to create something special.

 

Payments & Changes

  • Can I change my order after it's been placed?

    • Changes can usually be made before your order enters production.

  • Do you accept cancellations or refunds?

    • Because all orders are made fresh to order, cancellations and refunds may not be available once baking has begun.

Why are your cookies so large?
Each Whisk & Willow cookie is generously sized (about 140 g) and packed with fillings, premium chocolate, and homemade ingredients. They're meant to be shared—or enjoyed all to yourself!

 

How do I enjoy my cookies?
Our favourite way is to warm them in the microwave for 10–15 seconds before enjoying. Gooey centres, melty chocolate, and bakery-fresh goodness every time.
